David A. Stevenson is highly experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions and in all aspects of Corporate Finance, having accumulated his experience over more than 25 years. David has six years of investment banking experience and has sold clients’ businesses which were in industries as diverse as manufacturing, food processing, construction, home furnishings and apparel wholesaling. He has completed over a hundred million dollars of financings.
He first gained mergers and acquisitions experience with Flextronics International Ltd., the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer. While at Flextronics, David successfully completed acquisitions of domestic and international electronics manufacturing companies.
David enjoys working closely with his clients all the way from the beginning to the end of each transaction. He believes that it is best to communicate clearly with his clients, keeping them informed as to the current stage of each transaction and making sure they know about the next steps.
He began his career in commercial banking and later served as Treasurer of three companies, a hospitality and restaurant company, a real estate conglomerate and finally of the Morningstar Foods Corporation, a nationwide food marketer and processor. David received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated cum laude with a degree in business from Southern Methodist University.
