Jeffery Flick joined Infinity Financial Group in 2010 after spending a majority of his career in the Chicago financial markets, where he worked for Peregrine Asset Management, "Peregrine", a hedge fund manager with over $750 million under management. Peregrine constructs proprietary managed futures fund strategies. Jeff created and developed the firm’s business development practices and new client acquisition strategies. He was also responsible for the economic and performance analysis of their proprietary trading strategies. Jeff also served on Peregrine Portfolio Allocation and assisted in risk management procedures and the construction of optimal portfolio allocation models. While at Peregrine, he obtained his Series 3 & 7 Securities licenses.

Following his time in Chicago, Jeff worked at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management Advisors located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While at Merrill, he provided the advisors with alternative investment strategies that limited their client’s institutional portfolios downside risk by educating them on non-correlated investments in several Managed Futures Arbitrage Strategies.

His first assignment for Infinity was a consulting engagement for one of the Company’s clients which is a 25-year-old, family-owned pipeline construction and remediation firm that that Infinity was representing for sale.  Jeff developed and implemented new marketing and business development strategies resulting in new growth potential. His effort helped improve the client’s market perception and industry exposure.

Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma with two Degrees from the Price School of Business: one in Economics and the other in Entrepreneurship & Venture Management. Flick graduated 3rd in his class within the Entrepreneurship program and was offered a position as a teaching assistant for the school’s MBA program that focused on Entrepreneurial Studies. He also served as the Vice President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization and Chief of Operations for the University of Oklahoma Polo Team. 

Before entering the University of Oklahoma, Jeff served 4 years enlisted as a US Marine where he served on the 13th MEU First Response Team to the USS Cole bombing in Yemen as a weapons expert and assisted in security for the FBI investigations of the bombing. His unit achieved Meritorious and Presidential Unit citations.
